We’re so excited to bring you our brand-new fitness class – just for the grown-ups!
📅 Every Monday 6–6:45pm
🎶 Each week we’ll take a trip down memory lane with a new nostalgic playlist – from Britney vs Christina to Boy Bands, Divas and more!
💡 No equipment needed, just yourself (we might throw in a few fun props now and again).
🌈 Classes run under our UV and disco lights – think of it as your own mini Monday night rave!
